Data Visualization Dashboard
Project Overview
One of the clients of my current organization, who is a dental and orthodontics manufacturer, approached us with the requirement of building a Sales Tool Dashboard. This dashboard would assist the sales team in their organization by enabling them to acquire custom hygiene reports of the practices through the interface. They can select practices, view their data, analyze it from a sales perspective, and ultimately increase their sales.

Problem Statement
- The stakeholders' main concern was that they had to manually enter data into the Practices sales Excel sheet while presenting to potential customers. This process required more time and resources, was prone to errors (possibly due to manual input), and was not convincing enough to secure a sale at the doctor's office.
- The Sales Manager had to invest significant amount of time & energy to build a list of the practices in particular zip code, analyze the potential customers (Practices) & then assign these practices to the sales team members.
- The another issue where there was no access to the real time data of the practices (regarding the number of implants, etc) which affected the sales & revenue of the organization.
Defined Scope
Due to business challenges & other factors like time & budget constraints the scope of the project was defined to be limited. (Which is presented in the key features section)
Primary Audience: Since this is a B2B product, our primary audiences will be organization’s Managers (Super admin) & Business Developments Representatives (BDRs). The product will be used by BDRs extensively & the data will be monitored by super admins.
Platform: iPad
Usage: BDRs would use the portal on a daily basis.
