A Dubai-based healthcare mobile application helps its users (patients) to get an overview of hospital services & use them with ease.
Services that are mainly used by the users are:
- Booking an appointment with their doctor.
- Check the medical health history of the patient.
- Get the medication delivered.
- Check insurance details.

Reasons for Redesigning
After conducting the usability testing on the previous version of the application we found out where exactly the issue lies. Here are the two main reasons for redesigning the application.

1️⃣ Cluttered User Interface
- Patients who are above 52 age experience more unease while using the application.
- No brand consistency across the platform.
- Few of the UI components were broken.

2️⃣ Inefficient User flows
- Users spend more than 50% of their time looking for the feature service they require.
- Doctors were unable to track the patient's appointment.
- The flow of the application was not intuitive.
